Getting you on the path to

Loving your brain, so

You can get unstuck,

Reach meaningful goals, and

Create personal success!

WELCOME!

If you have found your way to this website, maybe you are a little bit like me.

I made the same New Year’s resolution for years.

“This year, when people think of me they will think ‘Wow, that Shelley…. she really has it all together!’”

And every year I was still a mess! Frustrated, lacking focus, procrastinating and feeling bad about myself. And I would give up, feeling defeated…. yet again.

I wonder if you can relate?

I wish the next thing I had to say was “Now I’ve got it all together - let me show you how in three easy steps!” But that is not reality. I still don’t always have it together.

Instead I have come to understand that “having it together” looks different for each of us. I have learned about how my brain works (and how yours works, too) and how to work with it instead of against it.

I learned some great strategies for the important things and I learned the importance of support and accountability. I also learned that NOBODY has it “all together” and that WE get to determine how we measure our own success.

And that has changed my life.

And I think these things may change your life, too!
